Refund policy

RETURNS

We offer a complimentary return of your product.

All merchandise returned for refund must be in perfect sellable condition, unworn and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. 

Merchandise purchased through our Website or mobile app can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of original purchase date. 

A refund will only be made in the original currency of purchase, in this case US dollars.

Please contact us via email at info@kimiaarya.com to initiate your return.  You will be provided with return instructions as well as a shipping label to facilitate the complimentary delivery of your item.

You will receive an email with the total refund amount when the return is complete.  Please allow up to 10 business days from this date for the refund to apply to your account.

We do not accept exchanges at this time, however, you may return your item for a refund, and place a new order for the item of your choosing.

We reserve the right to review all orders placed on our site.  If the merchandise we receive back deems unsellable or has been worn, or is not accompanied by the original packaging or receipt, we will send the item back to you and cancel the return. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been confirmed, we are no longer able to cancel or make changes to your order. You may request a refund following the return instructions and terms above.
